a comprehensive service available to you. Not only do we manufacture
timber frame
house kits
but we can provide a full advisory and design service.
JHB have extensive experience in site procurement, planning consent and building warrant applications. We can provide advice on any of the above, or alternatively we can undertake planning consent and building warrant applications on your behalf.
JHB can also provide supervision for your own timber frame kit erection, or erect the kit to wind & watertight for you.
Listed below are our standard timber frame house designs, however we can amend any plan to suit your requirements.

above prices are for the manufacture of the kit in our workshop. Delivery
is not included but can be advised

Included in our price are:
- Joists, Kit Panels including loadbearing partitions
- Trusses and all roofing materials excluding tiles
- Severe exposure rated windows with double glazing units fitted.
- External doors and screens complete with double glazing.
- Chipboard flooring, insulation and plasterboard
- Redwood facings, skirtings, cills, aprons & ingoes
- Sufficient kitchen units to fit out the house selected
Excluded from our price, and therefore clients responsibility, would be:
- Foundations
- Drainage and other services
- Outer shell blockwork/ timber cladding
- Steps, cills and lintels
- Rainwater goods
- Roof tiles
- Plumbing materials & sanitary ware
- Electrical materials
- Glazing for internal screens
- All decorating materials
NOTE : Features shown on brochure photographs such as bay windows, roof line variations, hip end details, basements and garages are not included in the basic house price. However dormer windows are included.
